We’re delighted to announce that Caroline Catt, Goal Group’s Class Actions Operations Manager, has been nominated in the Ops Businessperson of the Year category of the prestigious FTF News Technology Information Awards 2024.
The award honours an executive-level individual who has advanced the cause of financial technology innovation from the business side, and the winner must demonstrate an effective track record working with IT managers and operations staff.
Caroline’s achievements during 2023 included working closely with project managers on two major system enhancements to Accelerator, our automated securities class action recovery system, a stint in New York overseeing a successful operations team move to India with a substantial training schedule and carrying out an office move and training new staff within Australia.
She’s heavily involved with global client retention and has built up excellent relationships with law firms and claim administrators around the world. Her involvement in quality reviews on the data handling and security checking process has established a precedent of continually achieved targets, and under her management the team has achieved an accuracy rate of 100% from well over a thousand checks each month!
She’s already hit the ground running on various projects this year, including a system rewrite for Accelerator, and the whole team at Goal is delighted with her extremely well-deserved nomination.
Voting has now opened for the award, and we’d like to encourage anyone who has worked with and benefitted from Caroline’s incredible efficiency and professionalism to vote for her using the link below:
